
The need for End User Training arises either as a result of change at an existing customer or as part of an implementation project where users, support staff and project team members need to be trained up prior to "Go Live".
SOFGEN provides:On projects, SOFGEN consultants ensure that the training received is adapted to customer needs as described in the Design Document and as per the scripts provided in the User Acceptance Testing. Training courses are designed (if necessary) and delivered by consultants who have been present on the project and who thus know the users, the organization, the implementation and the background relating to the system solution.
With respect to ongoing training, this requirement arises most often as a result of staff turnover or as a result of system extensions and re-implementations. Qualified banking professionals are often at a premium and staff turnover in highly competitive and/or emerging markets can be as high as 40% per annum.
