In January 2006, SOFGEN Romania has officially moved into new premises and is now a fully fledged SOFGEN office. Starting out as a training centre in July 2005, it has now become one of the key components in SOFGEN’s strategy. According to Patrick Rotzetter, SOFGEN’s Regional Director EMEA & Americas, “Our team on-site will be able to deliver high quality T24 services to our clients in the region and beyond.”
The team is already active in a couple of on-site projects as well as off-site project at the full user’s satisfaction and are looking to expand the team further and to continue providing the T24 world with highly trained people thanks to SOFGEN training methodology.
"Our consultants are highly talented individuals that that have been through an extensive training programme and have learnt from some of the industry’s top consultants", added Pritul Khagram, SOFGEN’s HR & Resourcing Manager.
Romania has been selected for its excellent education system especially in the IT field and for its strategic geographic location in Eastern Europe and also its future entry in the European Union.
SOFGEN training is a customized training made of a mix of technical, functional and practical exercises given by the most senior T24 experts in the world. SOFGEN’s internal network of experts is also involved in the practical training exercises which makes it unique throughout the industry and has earned an enviable worldwide reputation.
T24's Coming of
Age?
Temenos’ T24 looks in better shape now than one
year ago but it has been a difficult year. IBS
reports from Temenos Client Forum in Monaco
Temenos’ T24
successor to Globus looks considerably more
stable and workable today than it did twelve
months ago. This is not to say that the route
has been easy, nor that all of the issues have
been ironed out. However, there are users live
on both the Oracle and jBase versions, so it is
now possible to better understand the
challenges, strengths and weaknesses of the
offering.
