TEMENOS GLOBUS™/ T24™ continuously improves the software and releases upgrades to all users at the beginning of July each year.

These upgrades typically contain 100 to 150 new or updated features and offer the bank significantly enhanced functionality, performance and robustness of operation. However, to utilize these new features, an often tedious process is required to re-validate all the customizations that have been made to your version of TEMENOS GLOBUS™/ T24™ before any upgrade can be performed on the production system.

SOFGEN has developed tools and techniques that simplify the upgrade process and reduce the user effort for re-testing existing functionality.

These tools and techniques will be utilized to upgrade your version of TEMENOS GLOBUS™/ T24™. SOFGEN will also advise your users on the availability and best use of these new features.

The services provided include:

• Inform users of the relevant new features available in the latest TEMENOS GLOBUS™/ T24™ version
• Analyze, modify (if necessary) and re-test customizations to suit the latest TEMENOS GLOBUS™/ T24™ version
• Schedule upgrades and inform any affected users of changes in advance
• Perform the upgrade of the production system at a convenient time (e.g. over the weekend)
• Offer training and education on the usage of the latest features. Either perform the actual training (if the resources are available) or administer a special training course
