To complete the classic outsourcing facility offering, SOFGEN provides an optional service to take over the daily operation and administration of the UNIX servers that run TEMENOS GLOBUS™/ T24™.

With this service, we will provide trained computer operators that will:

• Boot up the TEMENOS GLOBUS™/ T24™ server(s) from 7:00am (local time) and provide service until the End-of-Day is completed
• Monitor server and network performance and inform any affected users
• Re-activate users who may have had their user id's inadvertently locked out
• Configure new users and printers on the server
• Broadcast information on scheduled downtime
• Perform End-of-Day batch run and backups
• Keep an inventory of the backup tapes
• Liaise with relevant vendors on hardware and network maintenance

The actual services to be provided may be varied according to your requirements.
