SOFGEN will work with your users to configure the system to manage new business products, develop enquiries and reports to better support existing ones. With access to our banking, module and technical specialists, you will avail the best TEMENOS GLOBUS™/ T24™ skills in the industry as part of our outsourcing service.

Alternatively, if a new product or functionality requires significant programming effort, SOFGEN will help coordinate the design, development, testing and rollout of the new programs with your users and the developers. These developments which are done either by a separate SOFGEN or TEMENOS GLOBUS™/ T24™ team vary widely in the effort required and are therefore outside the scope of the outsourcing service. However, SOFGEN outsourcing customers will get preferential pricing and priority if our services are also used for development.

SOFGEN can also provide advice on the integration of third party software that complement TEMENOS GLOBUS™/ T24™ e.g. Risk Management software.
