While it is certainly true that TEMENOS GLOBUS™/ T24™ is highly parameterized and therefore, logically, should be able to handle a wide range of changes to product features, limits, accounting, etc. both during and after the implementation there are some limitations.
The core system parameters like accounting (CRF) and Limits form the foundation of what is to follow. If they are not set up strategically initially, a simple but important oversight or user requested change may require a lot of time and effort to re-work the core and application parameters (as well as enquiries, reports, etc.).
In situations like this, the implementation may never recover.
