The SOFGEN ARCHIVING SYSTEM provides:

A TEMENOS GLOBUS™/ T24™ archiving template used to define which files need to be archived as well as the periodicity, selection criteria and sizing settings to be used on those files

A set of predefined archiving processes can be used to archive all tables related to one business area

In order to automate the archiving process a batch job is available to launch automatically all required routines of the SOFGEN ARCHIVING SYSTEM.

Based on the predefined criteria the necessary items will then be stored and removed automatically during the Close of Business.
